This Sunday, I was surprised by the weirdest ride I have ever had in my whole life.
So, the story started when we rode a green and white public bus. It was a bus which wouldn't strike you at first glance however, for me, it was very odd-looking. Ha ha.
Anyway, when we got inside, I noticed this brusquely built man. I presume that he was the kind of man who could be dangerous under certain unpredictable circumstances. I did not know why I thought that way but all I could be sure of was he did give me the creeps which was very unlikely of me (I only get frightened when and if I know what's going to happen).
So with my highly distasteful and possibly improbable assumptions, I continued glancing towards the seat of the man. I noticed that his hands were suspiciously hidden inside his shorts' pockets. My mom kind of stared at me with her what-are-you-pulling-now look but then, I just inwardly yawn and then she left me alone for quite a long time.
Suddenly, I caught a sight of him painfully pulling away his hands and clasping them in a godly way. I couldn't believe for what a spontaneous man he was. One moment I saw him with his brows raised and another moment, he was kind of fighting some hurtful internal emotion. So, I chuckled softly and the next thing I saw was that he looked right into my eyes with his mind-your-own business gaze.
However, being the curious me, I continued looking at whatever his business was. He never took off his hands inside his pockets. Then, at the next bus stop, he got off with his head awkwardly searching for someone or something.
After some time, I heard a commotion at the back part of the bus. I saw that a man in his early 20's and an elderly woman were stuck in a verbal fight. I realized that their problem was something about their rightful exchanges. A P1000 bill was involved in their fight which wasn't petty if you look at it closely. So, I amusedly watched them until the woman realized that the said money was just inside her tote's pockets.
The woman tried several times to say sorry to the man but he was really pissed off so he kind of ignored her in a rude manner. He was actually mumbling some trash words which I hated anyway. I mean the old woman was stooping so low and being so mindful of the situation but the man just agonizingly disregarded the whole situation.
I knew how hard it was for a person to admit his/her own miscalculated mistakes. At your own time, you could at least lessen the damage you blindly etched in his/her pride by accepting his/her misgivings. No one will feel better than bringing goodness into other people. And by doing so, you actually helped yourself getting past into heaven's gates. :p
