Hello. I am beginning to fall in love with making sandwiches. Yesterday I prepared a cherrytomatocucumberoreganoslicedham oat sandwich, and I was extremely surprised that I loved every single bite of it. I‘ve never had the chance to cook / hone my cooking skills because I’ve no interest in doing so. My mother had been telling me that I don’t have a future in life because I can’t cook anything. You see, I’ve always thought that cooking is so... tedious and stereotypically wifely so nah, better kill zombies and fight off boomers.
Today I had a carrotcheddarcheesesweethamtomatobeansauce oat sandwich, and I realized that preparing / cooking meals isn’t that arduous at all. As a matter of fact, I feel quite peaceful and rewarded as my ingredients pile up like a growing mountain on my slice of oat bread. Cherry tomatoes and cucumbers here, a slice of ham there, a little pinch of strong oregano, and voila, you have an ass-kicking sexy cherrytomatocucumberoreganoslicedham oat sandwich! So easy right?
Next week I’m going to cook a really sour and tangy vegetable spaghetti. I already have my recipe and I think it’s doable and easy. I’m so excited hahaha. /ohmygathisissonotme
