Totally Not Related To Anything
This weekend had been eventful. On Saturday, I had my Physics 73 exam, and I think I did okay. I guess the only thing that would screw up my score was either I remembered the wrong formulas or I wasn't just lucky enough to get a good score, which isn't in fact something I could control.
After the exam, I went to SM to buy some stuff. I decided to drop by Booksale, and check out if they have new deliveries. While I was scanning the shelves, I noticed a guy carrying what could be 5 books, and carefully glancing at the books he passed by with purposeful, but hasty strides. He walked so fast, I was enable to take a look at his face. When he finally went to my direction, I found out that this I'm-running-out-of-time-with-buying-books guy was indeed Mr. Lanuza!
I felt so happy and peaceful and overwhelmed because the chances of meeting Mr. Lanuza in SM North Edsa Booksale at about 1 pm with the sun at its highest peak and the people seemed to not care about the impenetrable blue of the sky and the blinding gaze of the burning sun was like 1 out of 57246863782654623631! It was just a complete WOOOOOWZZZ#@$#%^!
I waited for him to buy books, and ya, you can very well say I stalked him. I followed him around the mall, and I felt quite peaceful, but a bit ashamed (HAHAHAHAHA). And if it were a movie, my following him would totally bear the title of "A Day in the Life of Professor, Activist, Supposed-to-be-Priest, Atheist, Sociologist Mr. Gerry Lanuza".
Sadly, I lost him around the Kamiseta corner, because I felt that he sensed someone was following him. And like in the movies, I snapped my fingers while mumbling to myself, "Sayang!". But I think my losing track of him was God's will because I already have to move on with my not-so-detective life, and Mr. Lanuza has to proceed on lecturing about God and No God and Society and Injustice and Politics and Love for the Sickly and the Poor.
Afterwards, I studied for MatE10 in Seattle's Best Trinoma because I still had some time before the game. Anyway, UP lost again, and I think I am slowly slowly slowly losing hope that we could be better when it comes to playing basketball. Ya, I'm so pessimistic, bye bye bye !@^!#%&!!!!!
Then, I had dinner at Ravioli in Robinson's. I ordered Chorizo and Tomato Ravioli, and I didn't finish up my plate because I was quite full.
I went home after that, and my trip actually took about 1 1/2 hours. And just so you know, that would be the only bus trip I would ever have in my entire life because I felt really dizzy and really impatient and really exhausted, and when I'm in that dizzy-impatient-exhausted kind of mood, I totally see everything as potential enemies, and the world as a potential battlefield.
Arggh, my butt kissed the whole expanse of the seat, and kissing something for 1 1/2 hours approx would really get on anyone's nerves! Ya, I will never never never ride buses again. But I didn't sleep though, and instead I read View From Saturday, and listened to Explosions in the Sky.
K bye, need to "own" ES 11.
